“Una marca española muy TOP, productos de calidad y con un diseño muy actual a buen precio. Las prendas de nieve y de trekking van genial, la línea de ropa informal es muy cómoda y el servicio posventa funciona realmente bien. SIROKO, un 10, muy recomendable!!!”

“My items never arrived. The tracking number provided by Siroko shows the items as delivered but I havent received anything. I cannot get in contact with Siroko on the subject. Apalling customer service.”

“I am very disappointed with my order. I purchased the W3 Rush jacket and P1 Sakha pants because they were displayed on your website as black and white. However, the items I received are in a blue color, which is completely different from what was advertised. This is not what I ordered, and it does not match the product presentation online.”

“Maniche un po' corte, gli elastici di regolazione dei fianchi e del cappuccio sono inutili. Non hanno mai funzionato a dovere. Il cappuccio non si adatta benissimo al casco, è abbastanza scomodo.”

“Siroko customer service brilliant. Had an issue with getting my order delivered by the courier, Siroko sorted it out for me very quickly. A company that actually cares! I have purchased a range of cycling clothing from them and it is fantastic quality!”

“I purchased the GX Ultimate Engadin ski goggles, but the stitched-on logo started peeling off and the seams began to unravel after only the second day of use. Since this is happening on both sides, it is clearly a quality control issue. Siroko’s only response was a measly €10 'compensation' offer. This is both poor craftsmanship and disappointing customer service.”

“Compré la W1 CREST los colores ni los patrones del estampado coinciden con el de las fotos, los colores son mucho más brillantes y el patrón del estampado es diferente al de las fotos. La chaqueta parece bastante fina.”

“La verdad que estoy muy contenta tanto con las gafas que compre para esquiar como con el trato que han tenido hacia mi. Tuve un problema con el envio y se pusieron en contacto conmigo al segundo, solucionándomelo todo al momento. Volveré a reptir sin duda :)”
