“I ordered some sportswear, and everything went great! The customer service was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful with my questions. The clothing quality is impressive. The materials feel really nice, and the fit is just as described. I was a bit unsure about the sizing at first, but their guide was accurate, and everything fits perfectly. “Calidad increíble, yo compro aquí mi ropa de Ski y ciclismo, el precio esta muy bien para la calidad que tienen los productos, encima el pedido llega en 2 días!! Por cierto muy sorprendida este año con la ropa térmica para ir a la nieve!!!! Para mi un 10 :)”

“Pedí una camisa y pantalones de montaña hace poco, no acerté con la talla y la ayuda al cliente fue muy rápida y positiva, la verdad que no tardaron nada en mandarme otra talla y no pusieron problema, y eso que mi zona (periferia cerca del monte) suele ser "complicada" para la paquetería. Por lo demás, la camisa super cómoda, elástica y muy transpirable, y los pantalones son cómodos para las caminatas. Recomendable.”

“The product I ordered (an expensive pair of sunglasses) broke after only using it two times. It is obviously very cheap quality. When I contacted the customer support I was told it was my fault, that there were no spare parts (even though a part of the glasses broke that could easily be exchanged) and that guarantee does not cover that sort of problems. I would not recommend anyone to order their products.”

“Nice helmet but, The helmet looks good. Before ordering, I measured my head circumference at 56 cm and chose size L, which should have given me 5 cm of extra space. Unfortunately, even at the maximum adjustment, the helmet is still too tight. Wearing a thin cap or cycling hat underneath is not possible either. I would recommend measuring your head circumference befor your order.”

“Post: color bonito y abriga. Contras: Lo tienes que lavar a mano porque su forro interior negro despinta, (lo podrían haber puesto blanco la verdad), la capa exterior no es impermeable y cuando se moja en la nieve se quedan cercos de manchas. Pd: Te venden un producto por un precio que no da la talla”
