I was unsure about ordering their snowboard gear since the price was on the lower side compared to the competitors but was thoroughly impressed by the quality when I got them. After two days of use, I noticed a faint water spot on one of the jackets, seeing that my wife's jacket didn't have the same issue I reached out to let them know I might have a defective product. They shipped me a new jacket promptly despite having to get shipped overseas to the US. Not often that I write a review but since I was hesitant at first both with the quality and the customer support if I were to need it, I wanted to reassure others who might be in the same boat.
