Horrible return policy and customer service! My items arrived and were too big. I paid $40+ to return and got an email from the company saying it would cost another $40+ in fees. I had a few days to reply or they said they were shipping my items back to me. I responded right away and they did not respond back. I emailed everyday sometimes multiple times afraid they would ship my items back. Did not get a response until the due date saying sorry they can’t help me and my items were being returned. So now I paid $40+ in shipping just to get hundreds of dollars worth of stuff back I can’t use. Horrible experience!
