I got some 150 euro broken cycling pants I wore 4 times in the month after ordering. Customer service didn't reply for 3 weeks. Then asked for pictures, 2 weeks later they replied. We see that there are holes in there where the seams are, but that is the users fault. We'll refund 9 euro's. In my eyes was the sewing done wrong if you dont even have the pants for a month and it has holes than the company delivers a faulty product. Again another company that would like to profit of faulty products. DON'T BUY IT.
