I have had the watch a couple of months when the glass shattered and I do not know why. I first noticed it when I spotted broken glass (crystal?) on the floor. Only then did I see that the watch glass was broken. I have not got a clue how it happened as I had it on my wrist and I do not remember knocking it against anything.
First time this has happened to any watch I have owned. It is a smart watch and needs to be worn at all times. Should they really be manufacturing something this fragile?
Glass breakages are not covered by warranty - now I know why.
Looking at the posts on the Complaints site (lots of complaints re face breakages) it looks like I will have to pay at least half the original costs plus postage to send it to Burton on Trent. Not sensible if it is going to break after a couple of months so it is going in the bin and it will be the last Skagen I buy.
