Absolutely disgusting service rude, obnoxious, even when you show and state facts still no apology, they ruined my son's birthday with late delivery and then received damaged items. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they were cheapest for an Xmas pressie so ordered 5 days ago said would be delivered on or before 14th Dec, now the 15th and hasn't even left the warehouse. Seriously don't know how they are still trading absolutely disgusting service
