I had a bad experience with this company, not because their products, which are great, but because the courier they use for delivery. I ordered a scooter with enough time to receive it for my holidays. But then I received an email with the details of delivery, saying that the courier can arrive anytime until 9pm. I have to go out to prepare things for my trip and cannot wait the whole day for the parcel. This courier they use doesn't allow to leave the parcel in a safe place. Skatehut, doesn't answer the phone, and their chat is not live, so it may be too late when they reply to my query. I won't recommend ordering anything with them, at least you have nothing better to do the whole day, but waiting for your parcel.
