Absolutely unsatisfactory. Ordered a scooter for my daughter's birthday. It didnt arrive in time even though there was plenty of time. When I emailed for an update, i received a generic reply: "We are reaching out to provide you with an important update concerning your recent order with us. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, there has been a slight delay in the processing and dispatch of certain orders, including yours. We want to reassure you that your order is a top priority, and we expect it to be shipped very soon..." They hadn't reached out to me. I have replied a few times to this email, with absolutely zero response. No number to call. Now Im out of pocket for a scooter, which is no longer needed, as I ordered another scooter, which thankfully did arrive. Was trying to not use Amazon and support a British business but won't be using Skate Hut again.
