If I could give no stars that would be generous. I placed an online order with them for a scooter last Friday. I paid extra for the express delivery option. I got an email confirming my order. After that I got no advice of shipping which I expected would be on Tuesday due to the bank holiday. No advice came so I emailed. No response. I did an online chat. No response. I emailed again. No response. Finally I called the customer service number. No answer. I called both the shop numbers. No answer. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Ordered from Proline Skates and received delivery next morning. Avoid Skate Hut as with such bad service they don't deserve your business.
