We purchased a table from Sleek Modern Furniture on December 12, 2018. Today is February 1, 2019 and we don’t have the table...or a tracking number...or even an estimated ship date. We’ve had the pleasure of exchanging 26 emails and spending over and hour (during 4 phone calls) with Amanda, Catherine and Kaley. They've always been polite, but only offered excuses, not solutions. We were promised tracking numbers numerous times over the last (almost) two months and most recently, three weeks ago, were told we would have a delivery date “probably in week and definitely within two weeks.” Two days ago, January 30, 2019, after accepting our payment 7 weeks ago, Catherine went ahead and refunded out order because she “wasn’t confident our order could be fulfilled.” So now we are eating on the floor, apparently aren't getting a table and we were offered 15% off our next order with Sleek Modern Furniture for the “inconvenience.” Unfortunately, I suspect we won’t be ordered from them again.
