Taking forever to ship. Although they claimed that they will give you the SW points for every purchase, but I purchased a total of USD 191.60 and didn't receive any points. Even my MacBook Pro purchased from the UK already arrived but something purchased in the US has yet to arrive. This is ridiculous. Sent them 5 emails but no one reply. Feel that they are conducting fraud or something.
