Was trying to get my fiancé decals for his birthday so I placed an order a month in advance (the site says 6-8 days for custom orders to be shipped). Emailed to get an update after 3 weeks and got no response from customer support. A week later, I got a notification that my package shipped (a month isn’t quite the same as 6-8 days, but ok). Another month later, I still haven’t received anything, my tracking information hasn’t updated since the day after it “shipped,” I’ve reached out to their support team 2 more times, and no response. Like at this point, even if I get my order, I’ll never order from them again based on their false advertising when it comes to delivery expectations and HORRIBLE customer service. At least have the decency to acknowledge your customer emails. If you’re having known issues with shipping, update your site or reply to an email with this info. Ignoring questions and complaints just makes you look worse...
