Hello, I am very disappointed in the business practices of Smile Brilliant. They are completely ignoring my requests for support.
I ordered the deluxe night guard system with 4 night guards on November 12. I paid $214.00, including $35 just for expedited shipping. I paid extra to have these mouth guards come as soon as possible because I am leaving the country on December 5. My order number is #733669.
I received my impression kit, and mailed it back as soon as I received in on November 18. It is now December 2, two weeks later and I have received nothing. I have called the company and left a voicemail. I have sent emails and contacted them through the website. They are not responding to my message.
I desperately need this mouth guard because I will be out of the country for three months and my TMJ is getting worse every day. I am completely disappointed in this company, its business practices, and its inability to communicate with its customers. I will be demanding back my $214 immediately and will take my business elsewhere. I strongly advise anyone else against ordering from this company.
