I placed an order on Jan 26 , I had to send multiple emails asking when it would ship and although customer service was very friendly it only shipped 3 and half weeks later. At this point I still have not received my roll. on top of that shipping was 10$.
For people running a business it's unacceptable. regardless of quantity order.
