I appreciated that there was no order minimum, I did not have to purchase an entire case of labels. The price was reasonable as well. The website was easy to use and understand, I felt very confident I was purchasing the exact labels I needed. The shipping wasn't immediate, but the order was processed in less than a week. I haven't received my order yet, so I cannot comment on the other questions.
