I have been disappointed in the last order.
I placed the order in early September and it just shipped on Friday October 13th. I reached out to customer service towards the end of September to check on the status and was told there was a delay.
That is fine - but what I am disappointed in is that I had to reach out to find that out. It was not communicated to me at the time of the order or within 2 weeks after the order by anyone from the company. I only found out because I emailed myself to check status. In the meantime - I had to place an order with another company because we were in need of the product to keep our business running.
This is poor service and I don't know that I will be placing future orders with this company as this has now happened twice.
