I've ordered a product online to pickup in Croydon . This store was the only available place to collect .As a such , I paid and waited for the pickup email to collect it.
On my arrival I've been told the item was OUT of stock and was there a mistake whilst processing the order.
Obviously I was annoyed because I had to travel quite a long way to pick it and also for the refund to be in my account in 5 working days only ??
So so unacceptable ! I will not buy again
