Of how to deal with an upset customer who purchased an item only
2 weeks ago and has an intermittent fault, the staff, including the managers have an aggressive and dismissive attitude and certainly need retraining. I will not stoop so low as to name the people involved, but Head Office have a detailed account of what happened and hopefully they will act upon this, and it will save another customer having the humiliation of being shouted at in front of a queue of people.
