Visited the preston store today, firstly want to say how friendly and welcoming the security guard was on our arrival, a big man with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. The staff where great after a earlier misunderstanding regarding the purchase of ps5, the meme we of staff that we dealt with was called Mac and he was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Great store and the two staff mentioned when above and beyond u felt. Credit to the store. A happy customer
