Recently purchased a Frozen 11 bicycle for our granddaughter who requested a princess bike for her birthday . The nearest stock was at the Mansfield shop where we bought the bike and a scooter as well . On opening the box to build the bike we found that some damage had occurred during packing . We duly returned to the Mansfield store and Wayne ( Manager ) and Paul ? ( Duty Manager ) professionally and courteously attended to us . We will have one very happy five year old girl on her birthday . Thank you .
