Thanks so much to Lou who was so helpful and knowledgeable. She asked us if we needed help when we were looking to buy a car seat for our Grandson. She informed us which ones were suitable and how to fit it in our car. Then she helped us to ensure it fitted in our car. She went over and above on customer service and thanks again to her.
