James the advisor on the computing and gaming section of the Team Valley store could NOT have been any more helpful. He genuinely wanted me to have all my questions answered. He was extremely knowledgable and sincere in his information giving and I came away from the shop confident I had made the right choice of product. There was genuine love of the job exuding from this chap. He should be made a role model for other team members and they could learn a lot from his approach.
