I ordered in 18/01/21 three products with value of €365. I contacted the company the same day to confirm the delivery day, as their website estimation was for September '21 (9 months later!). They assured me that the products should be dispatched at 03/02/21 (almost 1 month later) and I decided to wait, as one of the products was a present. After several communications, in which they could not provide any information on the delivery status, there came back on 01/03/21 (2.5 months after I placed the order) to tell me that "unfortunately, it looks like your item has been lost in the post".
The item was lost because Sportpursuit charges €8 delivery costs and they send the package via common post and not with a proper courier that has tracking service! It is frustrating! They cancelled may order of course. (700148824)
