Subject: Warning: Lack of Professionalism, Delays, lost items and damaged goods at SportPursuit I am writing to share my alarming experiences with SportPursuit, highlighting a persistent lack of professionalism that potential customers should be aware of. Over the past two years, I have placed three orders, and each one has had significant issues, including delays, damaged goods, and lost items. In my most recent order, after waiting two months, I was offered a refund along with a €5 bonus and was encouraged to repurchase the items. This €5 offer barely covers the delivery charges, and to make matters worse, the same items are now priced at over €30 more than when I originally ordered them. Despite bringing this to their attention, SportPursuit has shown an alarming inability to acknowledge the problem or offer a reasonable solution. This experience reflects a total lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and absurd after-sales practices. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from SportPursuit to think twice. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

Two attempts and nearly 3 months and still no item. 3/4 days per email reply and out of pocket for delivery costs of an incomplete item. Poor all round. Used for a long time but have gone rapidly downhill.

I recently had an utterly disappointing experience with SportPursuit that I feel compelled to share as a warning to other potential customers. What should have been a simple exchange for an incorrectly sized item turned into a weeks-long nightmare of poor communication and customer service. On June 23rd, I placed an order (#105478656) which included a heavy blue flannel shirt. When it arrived, I discovered that despite the packaging being labelled as a Small (the size I ordered), the shirt inside was actually a Medium. This mix-up was frustrating but understandable - mistakes happen. However, what followed was anything but understandable. I reported the issue on June 25th, providing all requested information, including detailed photos of the product. Their initial response was prompt, but that's where any semblance of efficiency ended. What followed was a series of vague reassurances and promises to "investigate" what was clearly a straightforward sizing error. Despite my prompt responses and cooperation, SportPursuit's team seemed incapable of resolving this simple issue. Days turned into weeks, and still, no resolution was in sight. Their communications were filled with empty promises and a distinct lack of urgency. After nearly two weeks of back-and-forth, I expressed my deep frustration with their handling of the situation. Their response? To add some credit to my account as an "apology" - a gesture that felt more insulting than conciliatory given the circumstances. Now, over three weeks since my initial complaint, I'm still without the correct item or a refund. The level of incompetence displayed in handling this issue is truly staggering. What should have been a quick exchange has turned into a drawn-out saga of disappointment and frustration. Throughout this ordeal, I've been left feeling like my time and satisfaction as a customer are of little value to SportPursuit. Their inability to handle a simple product exchange efficiently raises serious questions about their overall operations and commitment to customer service. In conclusion, my experience with SportPursuit has been nothing short of atrocious. What could have been salvaged with prompt, efficient service has instead left me as a thoroughly dissatisfied customer who will never shop with them again. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before placing an order with this company. The risk of encountering similar issues and the subsequent headache of dealing with their customer service team is simply not worth it.

Never had a problem with Sport Pursuit, excellent customer service, great products. Yes, you wait for delivery for a bit (but you can always check your order status for this) and everything always arrived. Very happy with all purchases (usually purchase 4-5 times a year from them).

I have ordered women’s tights on 28th February 2024. The order is not delivered yet. So friends, please do not get attracted with Sportpersuit’s attractive ads … the site looks fishy ???? I think I have lost my money !!!

Special attention ,this company is a scam .Some of the products you buy do not exist, the company cheats the buyers and you will wait for months for a return !!

Very dishonest company. Constantly putting back delivery dates, by months, yes months in the end, all to eventually cancel altogether, and of course it takes ip to 10 days from there to refund the money. So the whole time I didnt have enough money to buy elsewhere becuase they held it. They gave me a £5 credit for the inconvenience, which I used on another order, only for the EXACT same thing to happen and nothing to arrive. They have their own tat in stock (look online and they own alot of the so called brands), all the branded stuff like dainese, oakley etc appears to just be a lie, they dont actually have any of it, beither do their so called suppliers. This happened twice. Avoid like the plague. I would not dare use their own brand kit for sports like skiing, it's untested and could end very badly.

sent my return on 16/12, which was received by the company on 20/12. 21/12 received refund for 1 of the 5 items I returned. No further contact from the company. I had to send an email to chase my refund which I finally received on 16/01...so after 1 month time. I appreciate it was Christmas time etc but the fact I had to chase my money and that I haven't received any apologies whatsoever from the company is unacceptable.

Ordered and paid for shoes, after a week I emailed to see where they were and was told devery would be in 5 days. After a further week was informed they were out of stock yet I could go on Sportpursuit, put them in the basket and pay again!

Unreliable. Don't be fooled by the prices, they hold your money and delivery for months then unilaterally decide to cancel. Returns service is awful. Caveat emptor.
