Item lost in post, probably in relation to the holy head ferry terminal issue pre-christmas 2024. This company issued a refund very quickly once it was lost in the system. I didn't get my jacket but this is a sign they're a good company. Price was very low so I was willing to accept a few extra days delivery time. Will use again.
