I ordered some goods online which did not stat a delivery date until after the purchase was made. If I knew the goods would ups not arrive until after Christmas I would not have purchased.
As consumer rights I asked for a refund which I was advised would be in my account in 3-5 days. 8 days later still waiting and no response to my emails.
