I was charged £50 for a £10 monthly mobile phone plan. After numerous chat calls I received £20 refund. Since 29th January I have made a number of chat calls asking where the remainder £20 of my refund is. I keep being told they will put it through again but it never arrives. How many times do I have to do this. Cant speak to a human so may have to get a 3rd party involved
