Ordered hand sanitizer on the 9th June contacted customer service live chat on the 24th as no sign of delivery. Replacement sent all good . Then original arrived phoned live chat was willing to pay for the dublicate seems no system in place for that . Now I have to return package by post office . Normally no problem but have basically been shielding and avoid queues if at all possible . My impression was it was all stock answers I was being giving . I will if course arrange for return but wasn't very impressed with the options available .
