I placed an order online for collection at Epsom Store. I paid £1.50 for next day delivery but I didn’t go in to collect until 3 days after placing the order but it hadn’t arrived. I spoke with Lizzy in store who was most apologetic and couldn’t do enough to put things right for me. I managed to get the items in store and she told me to contact customer services on line for a refund.
I did just that and spoke to someone on chat and they were also extremely helpful. By the time I came off the chat an email was received confirming the refund.
