Bought a £50 gift voucher.£3.99 used, next visit card would not work. Spoke to store manager, NOT interested would not help. Told to go to another store.Send numerous emails, none answered, for a company with 830 stores, Customer service is appalling. No means to phone and online BOT, answers a completely different question to what is asked.
