I ordered online, and I did not receive my order. The delivery company delivered it to the wrong place, and the parcel was lost. The delivery service admitted that they did not deliver it safely and advised me to resolve the issue with Superdrug.
Superdrug did not accept that the parcel was not delivered and insisted that it was delivered, refusing to provide any further assistance or investigate thoroughly. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they suggested seeking advice from a third party.
To make matters worse, there is no contact number or email to file a complaint or talk to them directly. The only option is to use Facebook Messenger chat, but they reply only every 24 hours, which is very frustrating.
If you don't want to lose your money, don't buy online from Superdrug.
