Headset in London still no product told to go to store to complain Went to store told to complain online ASKED FOR REFUND TOLD NO WAY Emailed customer service no help from generic reply These guys re the worst Ihave ever experienced so busy ignoring the customer and blaming it on warehouse etc Still no product ,no refund , no answers PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
