Just awful. Don’t be duped by their cheerful high-street respectability! Their customer service is next level awful. You have the choice of waiting over 30 mins on the phone until you are so annoyed you just hang-up, or you can message them where you get automated reply saying they’ll deal with your query in 2-3 days. This would be annoying enough except they don’t get in touch after 2-3 days, so you’re just left in limbo, wishing you’d never gone to Superdrug in the first place. Really poor.
