I am very pleased with my mittens from Sweater Chalet! The 2 pairs of mitts are high quality and the service has been superb. I received a phonecall from the Sweater Chalet when one colour I wanted wasn't available--a very nice phonecall apologizing for this issue, which wasn't a big deal to me. And I was also offered a slightly heavier mitt for the black pair I ordered which was a nice addition. The mitts took a little while to get to me, but I live in Canada, so that's understandable. When they arrived, they were in a cute Christmas-themed mailing envelope (December 2020), had 2 little bows included in the bag, plus 2 little containers of Eucalan for washing the mitts. All were small, but very nice touches. Thank you very much! I highly recommend the Sweater Chalet!
