I have Raynaurd’s and in the winter it is brutal. Today was the last straw. I have tried everything. When I went to the doctor, he suggested Sweater Chalet. I was nervous about the price of mittens. I called and spoke to the nicest man. His name was Rick. Phenomenal customer service! Just phenomenal!
I accidentally ordered a medium and am a true small. He called me to verify! How many times has Amazon done that? Zero! I am giving this business an easy five stars. Great customer service and above attention to detail.
