Excellent service (after some phone tag due to holidays). I previously purchased a dachstein military pull over sweater as well as Dachstein three ply Extra Warm Mitts w/ Cap. They have been some of my finest, go to outdoor gear. After 18 years in Alaska I know the value of wool and truly appreciate quality. Once you are out there it is to late to wish that you had purchased higher quality equipment.
