Review for Dachstein HEAVY THREE PLY Over the Knee Extra Warm Socks Style 5115 (Size 13). We live in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. My husband works outside all year long in the lumberyard. Winter is hell. It's bitter cold. These socks are the only ones that have NOT gotten holes in them AND the only ones that have kept him toasty warm. He does not use "Toe Warmers." He wears steel toed winter boots. The only issue is the socks are somewhat tight. He is a typical sized man, 5' 11 and weighs about 200 pounds. Before he got these socks, he was wearing his steel toed winter boots AND had to wear "Toe Warmers" and still was cold but these socks are the warmest and the best out there.
