I ordered some wool mittens . One of the mittens arrived with a small hole. After telling that to the person at sweater chalet he informed me that after speaking with Hermann I was advised that it is "normal" I don't think so. After some insipid back and forth with the man at sweater chalet , I threw my hands up and said I will just keep the defective Pair...I believe he should have sent me another pair and then I would have sent back the defective pair. But I didn't because it is cold here and I needed the mittens . Was very displeased .
