the Sweater Chalet "Love Your Sweater" guarantee is not a guarantee, it's just a return policy. if you don't "love" your woolen item, you *can* return it, but only if it's unworn and only 30 (or 15) days from the date of purchase. that's not a guarantee. if you're planning on spending the money, do so with some abandon. Sweater Chalet sells quality merchandise, but don't believe the "guarantee."
