Only two types of reviews I'd write: Very Poor or Very Good. I give Sweater Chalet 'Very Good' for the quality of their products, customer service and pricing. I purchased mittens in the past and they were as advertised and delivery was prompt. Customer service is excellent. Called and emailed with product questions which they answered to my satisfaction.
