Very friendly and responsive to inquiries. I have purchased Dachstein mittens and PossumDown gloves from Sweater Chalet based on their quality and the fact they keep my hands warm in winter. The only issue I have is with the PossumDown gloves wearing out but that's due to extensive use. I volunteer at an animal shelter working with dogs and the constant outdoor interaction does wear on most any glove. I had purchased major brand gloves and mittens costing much more but none were able to keep my hands as warm warm as Sweater Chalet's.
