I bought a pair of Dachstein mittens and unfortunately, they were the wrong size. I have been trying for weeks to get advice on a larger size as I wanted to replace the ones I bought with a larger size. Despte initial feedback, Sweater Chalet has gone quite and I am unable to get any communication from them. In accordance with their stated policy, I have decided to seek a refund and have asked the firm to confirm that before I return the too small mittens at my expense. No answer..... Buyer beware. They were once a great company, but not anymore, in my experience.
