I am a UK customer. Ergo quite remote. I messed up my size order and had to return the goods in exchange for a larger size. The help I received for such a small purchase went way beyond what one could expect. I was constantly emailed with progress reports and my exchanged goods were a free upgrade on what I paid for originally. Nice people.
