Take a lots customer service had become so much better over the years. I'm truly impressed with their effort to respond, their quick turnaround time and friendly delivery guys. I've recently done a return on a tv (I found a better deal on takealot). THe delivery guys were very professional and helpful. The finance guys did the refund within days. Well done and keep up the good service.
