Bought an ebook on 04 Jan 2021. Cannot download it, shows "in progress" for two days now.
Cannot get hold of ANYONE. When you phone the number given on a Google search (nowhere else on the website is a number), the message tells me to fill in a form...where...?
Wanted to support local businesses, but this will be the last ebook order. Absolutely pathetic service and support
