very very bad service . I bought a mobile for my son in December 2019 and in July 2020 returned to takealot due to charger point not working . It was repaired and retuned to me on 15 August 2020. My son used the phone for a few weeks and the same fault happened, returned the item to takealot again on the 5 September. Was then advised by takealot that the supplier refuse to repair as it was damaged by client. Back and forth with them i finally said OK please return the phone. Until today no phone has been returned and no feedback. Been costing me however money on airtime to call and data to send emails still waiting ...........
