I bought the table top drum grater from Takealot, used it only 2 times, when a small part of the feeding jar broke off while using the product to grate cheese. I filed a complaint, sent it back, and after a whole week of hearing nothing from Takealot, i decided to check their tracking service, only to see that my return/exchange has been declined and concluded, without them informing me of the reasons why. I expected a refund, just for a “Dale” to email me and informing me that they think that it was my own negligence and me “not knowing how the product works”. I knew exactly how it worked, and im disgusted at Takealot for assuming i broke the product. What i want to know is, what happens to the money i spent on that product ? Including delivery fees? Does Takealot just expect us to let go of monies we spent on their products and not expect a refund again?????? I m TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THEM!!! I want my refund and will rather use some other online purchasing services!
