I am really disappointed in your service. I bought a Defy Tumble dryer from you, but it was faulty. I phoned and the agent said that a courier was already instructed to get it. When I checked my return status it said "not eligible for return". I phoned again and the agent said I have to phone Defy. Defy send their agent, but said I must take it back to the shop. I have tried to phone takalot again, but no reply. I have send mails, but no reply. I don't think that I would buy from takelot again
