I paid an additional fee for same-day delivery because I needed the item urgently, but it is now 2 days later and I still haven't received my order even though same-day delivery is guaranteed. The tracking on the site says 'recipient unavailable' but I have not received a single text or call or update and I have been at home this whole time but my order just doesn't arrive. I am still waiting!
